staff was friendly and very helpful - from reception, through to breakfast They go extra mile with welcome card and drink in the room Room had everything I needed for the business trip- comfortable, clean and relaxing. Location is perfect since it is walking distance from the train station, as well as the centrum, which makes it easy and no need for taxi's and uber to get around from there. Breakfast was standard options, great quality and fresh. Even did to me preference when I asked.

Great location, next door to the railway station and just a lovely short walk through the Valkenburg Park to the city centre. Breakfast was great , plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them, even locating a wonderful doctor nearby for my wife to visit who had unfortunately picked up a cold along the travels.

The location was superb and very quiet, the staff were very helpful and friendly, I had requested if it was possible that my room was ready early as I was meeting friends and they were able to accommodate that. The room was also extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, talkative and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Right next to the train station with shops, cafés and restaurants.
